Discretionary Full Refund
We may issue a full refund if, after internal review, we determine that we were unable to deliver the promised value/results aligned to the agreed scope for the client’s case.

Payment date (if available)
Summary of the issue and context
Exclusions
No refund will be issued when results are impacted by factors outside our control, including failure to implement, delays, lack of access/information, or material changes introduced by the client during the engagement.
Processing
If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processor fees that are non-refundable may be deducted where applicable.
